Customers at Ashley's Harvest Moon Bakery describe them as "the best coffee shop in town and one of the best in RTP!". If that doesn't prove it, then I don't know what does. At Ashley's Harvest Moon, they serve hot coffee, iced coffee, and teas. Some options include americano, macchiatos, flavored lattes, a London fog, a double espresso shot, and more!
They also serve breakfast and lunch at Harvest Moon. One of our favorite breakfast items on the menu is the Farmhouse Breakfast, a baked omelet with ham, bell pepper, tomato, onion, and cheese, served with bacon, a 1/2 popover, & a side! They also have Belgian waffles, oatmeal, toast, fruit and yogurt parfaits, and more!
Their lunch menu is also delicious. Choose anything from the Harvest Club to the Moon Gobbler, a wheat roll with turkey, cheese, crisp apple slices, lettuce, fig spread, and house-made aioli. Bakery items consist of scones, muffins, croissants, etc.
At Harvest Moon, you can choose to dine in or order online. We recommend eating in because the atmosphere is incredible, and the customer service is top-notch!
